SINGAPORE - A lorry skidded on a wet road along the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) on Monday (Sept 18) evening, swerving into another vehicle.

A video posted on Facebook page Roads.Sg shows the white lorry travelling in the second lane along the PIE when it appears to brake to avoid a vehicle that enters its lane.

It skids and swerves, hitting a vehicle in the rightmost lane.

That vehicle strikes the divider, while the lorry crashes into barriers on the left of the road.

There were no reported injuries, the police said on Tuesday.

They were alerted to the accident involving a lorry and a car along the PIE towards Tuas at 5.25pm on Monday.

Police investigations are ongoing.
