When the Japanese invaded, Mr Booi Seow Kiat, 87, was a boy of 12 in Malacca. He was sent to Singapore to work, and later built a career in the Singapore Armed Forces. He looks back at life under occupation ahead of the 75th anniversary of the fall of Singapore.
