Three questions have been tabled in Parliament on the recent spate of train breakdowns and delays. MP Lee Bee Wah, Alex Yam and Hri Kumar Nair asked the Transport Minister what was being done to address the issue of frequent breakdowns and what contingencies were in place to ensure that inconveniences to commuters are kept to a minimum.
