Lembu Road, which is a 100m-long stretch in Farrer Park leading towards Mustafa Centre, will be converted temporarily to a one-way street from 6am on May 15.

The conversion is meant to facilitate drainage improvement work along Syed Alwi Road and increase flood protection in the area, said the Public Utilities Board (PUB) in a statement on Tuesday.

Two-way traffic on Lembu Road will be restored towards the end of the year, said PUB. Road signs will be put up at Lembu Road to alert motorists to the change.
