SINGAPORE - Tech start-ups are allowing staff to work from anywhere - even outside of Singapore - for up to a few months as companies seek to attract and retain talent and the pandemic changes work-life balance expectations.

Permitting employees to work overseas for a short stint allows those who have families abroad to spend time with loved ones, and others to enjoy a change of scenery, said industry leaders and human resource experts.
