The beleaguered Jem mall in Jurong East was still closed on Thursday, more than a week after a false ceiling collapsed on its first floor.
Tenants said they will be given 24-hour notice of the mall's opening, but several added they have not received any news.
A update on the mall's Facebook page on Thursday said rectification works are progressing well and that "testing is almost complete".
"We will provide the opening date as soon as we have that information," read the statement.
The collapsed ceiling, which injured three people last Wednesday, was caused by a burst water pipe. The mall's developer Lend Lease chose to close the mall the following day to do a thorough check.
