People queueing up yesterday at Block 685 Hougang Street 61 for tickets for today's Toto Hong Bao Draw. Today's draw is one of the biggest Toto Hong Bao Draws, at an estimated $13.6 million. According to the Singapore Pools website, the biggest such draw was on Feb 19, 2016, when $13.9 million was up for grabs.
