SINGAPORE - Swedish furniture retailer Ikea has recalled a raisin and almond mix called Russin & Mandel that were sold at its outlets in Singapore.

According to Ikea, the food item may contain other nuts than almonds that are not declared on the bag, such as Brazil nuts, cashew nuts, walnuts and hazelnuts.

Only four bags of the mix, which is a Christmas seasonal product, have been purchased in Singapore, at Ikea Tampines.

All affected products have been removed from the shelves.

Customers who are allergic to nuts or are otherwise concerned, can return the item to the Swedish Food Market at the nearest Ikea store for a full refund, along with the original packaging and/or transaction receipt.
