Privatised HUDC estate Eunosville, near the Eunos MRT station, has been sold for $765 million to MCL Land.

The amount represents the second-highest price tag for a former HUDC estate after Farrer Court, which was sold at a record $1.34 billion to CapitaLand in 2007.

The price for Eunosville is much higher than the $643 million to $653 million the owners had asked for when the site was launched for tender in April.

Each unit is expected to fetch about $2.25 million to $2.41 million for its owners once the deal goes through.
