No stone is left unturned in the agency's projects, says assistant chief exec David Tan

As someone who helped reclaim Jurong Island and who spearheaded the Jurong Rock Caverns project, Mr David Tan is, as to be expected, a grounded person.

"The questions we always ask ourselves (for our projects) are... Is it commercially viable? Is it technically feasible?" says the assistant chief executive of JTC Corporation.
