Couple are among first residents at Bidadari's Alkaff Vista and take teething problems in their stride

Being one of the first few residents to move into a new Build-To-Order flat means having to put up with daily inconveniences such as renovation dust and noise.

But for sales operation manager Amanda Tan, 30, and her husband Leonard Leong, 31, it is worth it. They waited four years for their first family home.
