SINGAPORE - Foul smells from a choked waste system and renovation debris piling up in common areas are upsetting residents who have moved in at Bidadari, at least 20 of them told The Straits Times.

The estate's pneumatic waste conveyance system is buckling, strained by the large volume of ongoing renovation works and improper use.
