New scheme for Marine Parade homes in need

A new drive to help vulnerable households in Marine Parade has been launched by Emeritus Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong, who is also the MP for Marine Parade GRC. Project We Care Stay Well will benefit 40 households over two years, as $140,000 raised from corporate partners will provide them with basic home refurbishments and furnishings.

A commemorative book marking 25 years of official diplomatic relations between Singapore and China has been launched in conjunction with President Xi Jinping's official visit to Singapore. Published by Business China and Lianhe Zaobao, the Chinese book chronicles milestones through more than 30 interviews, reports and commentaries.
