They were kicking off "Nordic Adventures with Sanrio Characters", a festival organised by Changi Airport Group in collaboration with Sanrio, a Japanese company known for its kawaii, or cute, creations.

The showcase features seven Sanrio characters and runs until June 26, from 12 noon to 11pm daily at the public area of the Terminal 3 departure hall. The Nordic countries featured are Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. Visitors can look forward to the Nordic Exhibition, which includes a video display of the Northern Lights. There is a chance to win prizes in contests, including tickets to Sanrio Puroland and trips for two to a Nordic destination.
