SINGAPORE - Despite higher numbers of daily Covid-19 cases in the community, Alvin (not his real name) still returns to his office every day.

While the 45-year-old, a technical officer in the energy sector, can carry out many aspects of his work remotely, he needs to be on site to conduct sensor testing as part of his job.
