The coronavirus outbreak has gone beyond the point of containment, said a Harvard don.
"I think the virus is already spreading rapidly and actively in many places," said Professor Marc Lipsitch, director of the Centre for Communicable Disease Dynamics at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He told The Straits Times: "It seems extremely unlikely that the virus will be contained."
