Mental well-being at the workplace

More companies are taking care of their employees' social and emotional well-being in addition to providing fitness activities to boost work performance

Mental well-being, not just physical well-being, is quickly becoming one of the essentials in workplace wellness programmes nowadays.

The Singapore branch of design and engineering firm Arup recently started a mental health first-aid training programme.
