Staff of Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) and Yishun Community Hospital doing sit-ups yesterday during an annual fitness challenge, which is held over three weeks. The more than 4,000 staff are encouraged to take part in the challenge, which also includes sit and reach, push-ups, and a 2.4km run or 1.6km walk. The challenge is part of KTPH's drive to create a healthy workplace environment by providing staff with healthier food and drink options, exercise programmes and health screenings.
