The annual Health & You exhibition kicked off to a bright start on Saturday morning, with visitors streaming in steadily since the doors opened at 9am.

They were there to snap up discounted health products and services offered by some 100 exhibitors, the biggest number in recent years. They range from joint-relieving products, household appliances like slow juicers, free traditional Chinese medicine consultations and educational seminars on diet and cancer.

The exhibition, in its 11th year, is jointly organised by The Straits Times Mind & Body and Lianhe Zaobao Lohas.
It is held at Suntec Singapore Convention Centre & Exhibition Centre, Halls 404-406, from 9am to 9pm today and tomorrow. Goodie bags and lucky draw prizes, such as health screening packages, are up for grabs over the weekend. Fitness enthusiasts can also pick up some nifty moves from workout sessions held by instructors.
