App way to monitor and manage wounds

Managing wounds at home has become more convenient for some of Dr Tan Jit Seng's patients ever since he started using an app to monitor and prescribe treatment for them in December last year.
Patients or caregivers can snap a photo of the wound and upload it to the NDKare app, which transmits it to an online dashboard linked to software that analyses details such as its size, colour and tissue.
