Growing older need not spell doom and gloom; a positive mindset helps ensure quality of life in one's later years

Normal ageing brings physical changes in us, but these biological changes do not need to spell doom and gloom.

Everyone will grow older and it is one's positive mindset that will ensure quality of life as one ages. Research has shown that negative attitudes to ageing affect physical and cognitive health in our later years.
