SINGAPORE - As a 10-year-old boy playing football one day, Mirza Salim had a mini seizure out of the blue.
His right cheek began twitching uncontrollably, and he found himself unable to speak for about 30 seconds. He shrugged it off then, but that incident marked the beginning of a long and challenging health journey.
