He was one of 33 children who took part yesterday in the junior pastry chef masterclass, conducted by executive pastry chef Benjamin Siwek of db bistro & Oyster Bar. The masterclass is part of Epicurean Market 2015, which began on Friday and ends today. The annual gastronomic festival is organised by Marina Bay Sands.
