Lieutenant-Colonel Tay Kok Ann, 45, head of the Experience and Engagement Group for RSAF50@Heartlands, throwing paper planes with Primary 2 pupils from First Toa Payoh Primary School on Monday during an engagement activity to celebrate the Republic of Singapore Air Force's 50th anniversary.

About 10 RSAF officers visited the school as well as Xingnan Primary School to read a book titled Lions Can Fly to the children. They also distributed copies as part of their community outreach programme to educate children on the role of the RSAF.
