Every evening, Mr Ace Tan, 46, drives his truck to different neighbourhoods across Singapore. One could mistake his vehicle for a delivery truck, except that it is actually a one-man mobile gym service.

This muay thai gym-on-wheels is outfitted with two heavy sandbags and an arsenal of training equipment. The truck is packed with gloves, focus mitts, kick pads, jump and battle ropes, mats, rubber tyres, dumb-bells and kettlebells.
