When it comes to different cuts of steak, Mr Wilson Xin, 37, is no stranger. The training manager used to fly overseas to hunt for the best fiorentina, tomahawk and wagyu steaks.

But that has changed since last November. After watching What The Health, a documentary on the health impact of a meat-based diet, the former steak fanatic cut meat out of his diet completely, including his favourite steaks.
