FormSG, used for NDP 2019 ticketing, makes it easier for civil servants to create forms too

"Many have said that this year, the process seemed faster and more optimised for use on mobile phones," he said.

Since last year, FormSG has also been integrated with SingPass and CorpPass, which provides an additional way to verify users filling up the forms.
