GovTech team makes filling online government forms a breeze

FormSG, used for NDP 2019 ticketing, makes it easier for civil servants to create forms too

When bank administrative officer Wu Fasheng applied for tickets to this year's National Day Parade (NDP) online, it took him less than two minutes to fill in the form and submit it. He applied for four tickets to a parade preview using the online form created by a tool developed locally by a Singapore team.

"I wish that all government forms would be as seamless and quick to fill up, and still ensure that the user's personal data is secure," said Mr Wu, 30, whose family has been applying for NDP tickets for the past six years.
