GCE N-level exam results out on Dec 19; students to collect from their schools

Results of the 2013 GCE N-level examination will be out on Thursday. Students may collect their results from their schools from 2pm.

Private candidates will be notified of their results by post, or they can get obtain their results through the Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board website at http://www.seab.gov.sg from 2pm on the same day.

Students who wish to apply for the various courses offered by the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) can obtain the application forms from their schools when they collect their results. Students eligible for the Direct Entry Scheme to Polytechnic Programme (DPP) will receive a copy of the forms from their schools. DPP applications should be submitted online via the application portal at www.ite.edu/wps/portal/intake/ between 2pm on Thursday and 5pm next Monday, Dec 23.

The DPP posting results will be out at 9am on Dec 26. Students will be notified of their results via SMS or online. Students are required to log on to the application portal between 9am next Dec 26 and 4pm on Dec 30 to accept or reject the offer. Those who reject the offer will report back to their secondary schools on Jan 2 next year for Secondary 5.

Application for the Polytechnic Foundation Programme (PFP) will start in January next year when the GCE O-level examination results are released. Students who qualify for the PFP will receive a copy of Form P to apply for the programme. Those who want will first progress to Secondary 5 on Jan 2 next year while waiting for the posting results.
