What better way to celebrate the Children's Day weekend than take pony rides and navigate an inflatable obstacle course? People can do all these and more at the inaugural "I'm Proud Of You" family festival at the Singapore Expo. The event was attended by families whose children are enrolled in MindChamps pre-schools yesterday, but it is open to the public today and tomorrow at Hall 1, from 10am to 9pm. Today, three Straits Times senior journalists who have authored children's books will be taking part in a parenting discussion, Nurturing And Inspiring Your Children, at 2.30pm. The festival is organised by MindChamps in collaboration with The Straits Times, to give parents an opportunity to mark their children's little victories and spur them to spend quality time together. Tickets are priced at $48 per child and $38 per adult for a day's access, and are available at www.iamproudofyou.com
