Four airlines will move to different terminals by the end of next month, as Changi Airport moves to optimise capacity across its three terminals.

The airlines are: Asiana Airlines, Lion Air, Philippine Airlines and PAL Express. Asiana Airlines will move from T2 to T3 on Sept 30, while Lion Air will relocate from T1 to T3 on Oct 18. Both Philippine Airlines and PAL Express will relocate from T2 to T1 on Oct 28.

In a release, Changi Airport Group (CAG) said this relocation is to ensure the airport's infrastructure will continue to "adequately support the airlines' expansion". It said the exercise also involves a reassignment of check-in rows within terminals for a number of other airlines.

CAG said signs will be put up around the terminals and additional manpower will be deployed to direct passengers to the correct terminal and check-in row. Information about the move will also be posted on various digital platforms.
