A son of the founder of nuts and snacks company Tong Garden is suing two of his brothers, accusing them of diverting the business' operations and assets to entities controlled by one of them.

In his lawsuit accusing his brothers of oppressing him as a minority shareholder, Mr Ong Heng Chuan says he discovered in 2015 that Tong Garden products were being made and sold in Singapore and Malaysia by two companies that were not part of the Tong Garden group, but had similar names.
