Former JC vice-principal and an ex-trader are brains behind first Happiness Film Festival

SINGAPORE - Disillusioned with the education system, a former vice-principal worked together with an ex-commodity trader, who was burnt out from the rat race, to organise what is believed to be the world's first Happiness Film Festival.

It will be held in Singapore this month (March).
