Food delivery giant clarifies fee policies

A Deliveroo customer's recent attempt to order a teatime snack was thwarted by a tough-to-swallow fee.

Madam Ng Sout San told The Straits Times she was shocked to discover a "small order fee" of $44 applied to a $6 order for aloo tikki (potato cutlets) she had been about to place with a restaurant on the platform.
