New Budget measures aimed at boosting the retirement incomes and employability of seniors are a step in the right direction but may not go far enough, say observers.

They noted yesterday that the steps may need to be fine-tuned or expanded to ensure that groups in need, such as low-income seniors, have sufficient funds to cover their expenses in the long term.
