Festive air at Seletar Mall

It is beginning to look a lot like Christmas at The Seletar Mall, with members of Pei Hwa Secondary School's choir performing there yesterday evening.

The all-girl group sang carols such as Joy To The World, Silent Night and Jingle Bell Rock for 30 minutes in the mall's atrium.

It was part of an initiative by the mall to work with members of the community in Sengkang, where the school is located.

"I hope we can bring the joyous and festive mood to the shoppers at Seletar Mall," said Sim Lay Yun, 14, president-designate of the choir.
