The parents of a boy, who was seven when he was severely disabled in a swimming pool accident in 2015, have settled their lawsuit against the Civil Service Club for an undisclosed sum.
They had initially sued the club, which operates the premises in Bukit Batok, for more than $2.5 million for the medical and future care costs of the boy.
