Mr Tan Whee Boon, 51, lost his limbs after an infection linked to consuming raw fish last July, but is in good spirits and looking forward to celebrating Chinese New Year. The Straits Times caught up with him and his wife, Madam Choong Siet May, 47, at their Woodlands home yesterday.
