SINGAPORE - Holders of Adult Anonymous ez-link cards expiring on or before March 31 have four more weeks to exchange their cards for free before April 1.
This is in conjunction with the "Journey with EZ-Link" giveaway campaign launched by EZ-Link, Singapore's largest issuer of Cepas-compliant cards.
The campaign, launched on July 4 last year, is EZ-Link's way of thanking cardholders. Eligible cardholders can either get a free "Colour Your Journey" ez-link card or buy any one of the 10 "Special Justice League" ez-link cards at a subsidised cost of $3, which will be deducted from their cards, at all TransitLink ticket offices island-wide, while stocks last.
Money remaining in expiring ez-link cards will be transferred to the new cards, which do not carry any stored value.
Cardholders can check whether their cards are expiring by going to www.ezlink.com.sg, general ticketing machines, add value machines, OCBC ATMs, AXS stations, TransitLink ticket offices, passenger service counters and the My EZ-Link mobile app that can be downloaded from the Google Play Store.
They can also view expiry dates on top-up receipt print-outs at EZ-Link top-up machines, TransitLink ticket offices and passenger service counters.
Customers whose cards are expiring and are on EZ-Reload (automatic top-up) are also reminded to update their particulars with EZ-Link in order to receive free cards via mail before the expiry dates, while PAssion ez-link card holders and bank co-brand credit or debit card holders with ez-link functions will be contacted by the respective banks and issuing organisations.
