Vessel on four-year expedition to gather data on ocean pollution makes stopover in S'pore

A former World War II German minesweeper docked at the Republic of Singapore Yacht Club on Tuesday with hardly any signs of its past.

Extensive restorations have turned the navy vessel into a 33m-long sailing boat, Fleur de Passion.
