Slight haze lingers in Singapore on Sunday

SINGAPORE - Slight haze is still lingering on Sunday but the Pollutants Standard Index has come down from the unhealthy range seen on Friday.

The 3-hour PSI at 10am was 69, the National Environment Agency (NEA) tweeted. The 24-hour PSI was between 69 and 78.

NEA has said that the current haze is likely due to "an accumulation of particulate matter in the atmosphere under light wind conditions".

As the air quality is moderate, everyone can continue with normal activities, but people who are not feeling well should seek medical attention, it said.
