SINGAPORE - Singapore might be known for its economic progress and urban development. But the Republic has another accolade that might surprise some - it is a role model for the world on how otters can co-exist with people.
This is according to a top international otter expert, Dr Nicole Duplaix, who is chairman and founder of the Otter Specialist Group.
