La Nina could extend Singapore's rainy season to March

SINGAPORE - The annual rainy season is here but the wetter weather could be prolonged until next March due to the climate phenomenon known as La Nina.

La Nina conditions were detected this month, according to the Meteorological Service Singapore (MSS), a unit under the National Environment Agency.
