SINGAPORE - Shortly after her funeral firm was involved in a mix-up that led to the wrong body being cremated last December, Ms Harmony Tee spent weeks thinking what needed to be done to ensure nothing like that happened again.

The founder of Harmony Funeral Care needed a method to track the progress of the dead body, from its collection and embalming to the arrival at the wake venue and the eventual cremation.
