Volunteering is now a part of me, says parent who crossed 270 hours

His son just started Primary 1 this year at Nan Chiau Primary School, but Mr Lee Vern Long is not yet done with volunteering at the Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan.

The 40-year-old, who works in the dental healthcare service industry, joined the clan association three years ago, after enrolling his daughter in its weekly dance classes.
