The Sunday Times 'Baby Ready' Seminar back for 2nd edition this June

SINGAPORE - New parents can get prepared for any baby situation with the second edition of The Sunday Times "Baby Ready" Seminar.

Taking place on June 25, the exclusive seminar series will cover the essentials of a healthy pregnancy and holistic parenting - from prenatal care to a baby's growth and development milestones, with useful tips from experts.

As more women delay pregnancy into their 30s and beyond, participants can learn to optimise the chances of having a healthy pregnancy and delivery from Dr Kelly Loi, an obstetrician and gynaecologist at Mount Elizabeth Hospital.

Other experts include lactation consultant Yasa Yong, who will share on how mothers can prepare mentally and physically for breastfeeding, and Mr Derrick Ong of Eat Right Nutrition Consultancy, who will speak on eating right during pregnancy and getting back in shape after childbirth.

There will also be special offers, activities and lucky draw prizes worth almost $1,000 to be won.

This seminar is organised by The Sunday Times and presented by Similac Mum.

Registration ends by June 22, and fees cost $10 per person or $15 per couple.
