The Education Ministry yesterday unveiled initiatives to help students fulfil their potential and discover their interests.
These included enhanced financial aid schemes, more hands-on learning in primary schools and giving polytechnic students time to decide on what to specialise in.
Institutes of higher learning will do more for lifelong learning, led by the National University of Singapore's initiative for alumni.
