NUS targeted in global phishing attack to steal academic research

No data breach detected, and no student or alumni accounts compromised, says uni

The National University of Singapore (NUS), among other institutions worldwide, came under a phishing attack earlier this month that was an attempt to gain access to academic research.

The attack, which NUS discovered on Oct 15, targeted student and alumni accounts.
