No joy in learning? Cut overreliance on PSLE results

For me, the timing was a bit odd.

Even as Education Minister Ong Ye Kung was chairing a press conference last Friday to announce fewer examinations for students and less emphasis on grades, about 40,000 12-year-olds were sitting their PSLE maths paper.
