SINGAPORE - A 79-year-old man was injured after his car skidded and crashed into a fence near Bukit Batok West Shopping Centre on Jan 14.
The police and the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said they were alerted to the accident along Bukit Batok Street 11 in the direction of Bukit Batok West Avenue 6 at about 12pm.
The car was believed to have self-skidded, police said.
In photos shared on social media, a black sedan with a severely damaged bonnet is seen near a fence, which had been dislodged by the impact of the crash.
The accident occurred in front of Block 150, at the entrance to the shopping centre carpark.
