Demand for sweet drinks fizzling out in Singapore

Soft drink companies are racing to come up with low-sugar options as sales slump among health-conscious Singaporeans.

In less than a month, a more stringent policy will kick in to ensure that only healthier drinks are sold on government premises, including parks, libraries, sports facilities and schools.
